Conditions of hiring

The rental is strictly on a personal basis. The tenant will not have the right to sublet, nor to yield any rights to this agreement without our express consent. The rental is effective after we have received the deposit (equal to 25% of the price, with a minimum of 30 euro) and our written confirmation.

In case of delayed arrival we should be informed immediately. Phone messages should be confirmed in writing (letter or e-mail). Otherwise your non-arrival on the expected date is considered to cancel the contract. Your rental site will be considered available after 24.00 h.

Remainder payment:

For camp-site: on arrival and registration at the reception we will ask you the remaining amount. No reduction or refunding will be authorized in the case of a delayed arrival or an early departure.

For studios, the tents and the Gite: At the latest 30 days before arrival the remaining amount must be paid. For reservations which take place within 30 days before the arrival the whole hiring amount must be paid at reservation. At late arrival or early departure no reduction on the rent is given.

Studios, the tents and the Gite are let in the main-season from Saturday 16.00 up to Saturday 10.00 hrs (off- season you can contact us.)

Studios and tents: A deposit of 100 Euro is asked at arrival. These will be returned (after checking your studio or tent) to you within 8 days after your departure. At departure the studio must be left behind in a clean state. If not an amount of 50 Euro is deducted of the deposit for the cleaning cost.

Gite: A deposit of 200 Euro is asked at arrival of every tenant. These will be returned (after checking your Gite) to you within 8 days after your departure. At departure the Gite must be left behind in a clean state. If not an amount of 100 Euro is deducted of the deposit for the cleaning cost.

The rental price of the studio and the Gite includes: water, electricity, kitchen material, plates, duvets, pillows and sheets.

 Not included are: extra car, extra persons and towels.

The rental price of the tent includes: water, elektricity, kitchen materials, plates, pillows, blankets and gaz.

 Not included are: extra car, extra persons, towels and bedding.

Minors who wish to remain on the camp-site will have obligatorily to be accompanied, at all time of their stay, by one of their responsible parents.

Domestic animals:

After many years of trying, we are sorry to say that dogs are not allowed on our camp-side during the main season.

Animals have been only permitted on the campsite and after consultation in advance with  the landlord and under the following conditions:

Dogs must be always on a lead. They must be tattooed or chipped, have been vaccinated, and are provided with vaccination papers.  Dogs of the 1ste and 2nd category are prohibited at Keraluic.

The owner of the dog is always responsible for any damage caused by his animal to our property or that of the other guests.

Annulment:

If you cancel more than 90 days before the start of the tenancy, the deposit, minus the administration costs, will be returned. If you cancel more than 30 days before the start of the rental period, there is no refund of the deposit. If you cancel less than 31 days before the start of the rental period, the total rental amount is due.

Stay with Keraluic automatically implies that you accept these rules. Keraluic meets the conditions determined by French law.
